SERVING
INDIVIDUAL PIECES of FUDGE FATALE
A great way to serve Fudge Fatale is sliced into 1/8th to ¼
inch slices on a decorative plate.
YUCATAN CHOCOLATE SURPRISE serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
4 small soft flour tortillas
2 pieces of Fudge Fatale - sliced into eight pieces
or 2 heaping tablespoons of The Ultimate Chocolate Sauce per tortilla
Canola oil
¾ cup fresh strawberries - chopped
1 can of whipped cream
Ground Cinnamon
Sugar
Toothpicks
Steps
1. In a small pot pre-heat enough canola oil to cover a folded tortilla.
2. Cut each banana in half, then cut each banana half-length wise.
3. Place each quarter of the banana in a tortilla with 2 of the cut
pieces of Fudge Fatale or 2 heaping tablespoons of The Ultimate Chocolate
Sauce and roll up like a burrito. (Fold the ends in.)
4. Close the tortilla with a toothpick.
5. Cook the tortilla in the hot oil until light brown and crispy.
6. In a large bowl combine the whipped cream and a little cinnamon
and sugar to taste.
7. Place a large spoonful of the whipped cream on a plate. Cut a tortilla
in half and place on the whipped cream. Sprinkle the chopped strawberries
around the tortilla and enjoy!
A
CHOCOLATE OR CARAMEL FONDUE or DIPPING SAUCE
Always slowly heat the sauces by either 10 to 20-second intervals
in a microwave or over a low flame on a stove. (Be careful not to
over heat the sauce. When using a Fondue pot, use the lowest possible
flame or a single votive candle if possible and stir frequently).
Then dip strawberries, bananas, pound cake, pineapple, or marshmallows
and enjoy!
THE
ULTIMATE HOT FUDGE or CARAMEL ICE CREAM SUNDAE
Just pour the warm sauce over your favorite ice cream. Add maybe a
little whipped cream and a cherry on top and enjoy.
TURN YOUR COFFEE INTO A FUDGE FATALE CAFÉ MOCHA or CARAMEL
LATTE
First warm up 2-3 tablespoons of The Ultimate Chocolate Sauce then
add it to your coffee with a little whipped cream on top. or turn
your Latte into a caramel macchiato, which is a caramel latte(foamed
milk and caramel) marked with espresso.
THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE FUDGE MILKSHAKE
First warm up 4 heaping tablespoons (4oz) of The Ultimate Chocolate
Sauce. Then blend two scoops of vanilla ice cream, the warm chocolate
sauce, and 1 cup of cold milk in a blender and enjoy! (Adjust amount
of chocolate to taste). Optional: Try adding 2 tablespoons of Malt
and or whipped cream on top.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY or MACADAMIA NUT TART w/CARAMEL SAUCE.
(serves 8-10)
Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust
1 -10oz jar of The Ultimate Chocolate Sauce (room temperature)
1 pint of fresh raspberries or 1 cup of macadamia nuts.
Powdered sugar (optional)
Steps
1. Follow the instructions on the crust’s packaging for browning.
2. Let the crust cool
3. Spoon the Ultimate Chocolate Sauce into the crust until it is about
½ to ¾ of an inch thick.
4. Place the raspberries or macadamia nut on top covering the chocolate
filling completely.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
6. Serve over a pool of warm ULTIMATE CARAMEL SAUCE. (Optional, when
ready to serve dust raspberries with powdered sugar).
THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (serves
4)
Ingredients
1 tablespoon hot water
½ teaspoon Medaglia D’oro Instant Espresso Coffee or
similar fine grind espresso (if it’s not ‘instant’
be sure to filter so there are no grounds of any kind.)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and ½ teaspoons brandy or other liqueur
1 - 10oz jar of The Ultimate Chocolate Sauce
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Steps
1. Dissolve espresso, cocoa powder, vanilla and brandy into hot water.
2. Add Chocolate Sauce to the mixture. Heat briefly in microwave for
only 10 seconds and continue to whisk ingredients together. Then let
cool.
3. Whip cream until you get medium to stiff peaks.
4. Stir in a large scoop of the whipped cream into chocolate mixture
and stir until dissolved. Then fold the rest of the whipped cream
into the chocolate until all of the streaks are gone. (Try not to
over stir so that you don't loose the fluffiness of the whipped cream)
5. Scoop into 4 ramekins and chill in the refrigerator for at least
3-4 hours.
6. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and maybe a strawberry or
a couple of raspberries on top.
THE ULTIMATE FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE (serves
10-12)
Double the recipe and place the final mousse in a pre-cooked 9”
pie crust, ready-made graham cracker crust or chocolate cookie crust.
Cover and freeze. Then garnish as desired with whipped cream and strawberries
or raspberries on top.)
FUDGE
FATALE'S SAUCES ARE PERFECT INGREDIENTS TO BE USED IN, AND AS A TOPPING
FOR, THE FOLLOWING POPULAR COFFEE BEVERAGES.
General
Heating instructions: Always heat both sauces ‘gently’
in either a sauce pan over a low heat or in 8 sec. intervals in the
microwave. Either sauce can be drizzled on top of any type of drink.
Caramel
or Mocha Latte
Hot or Steamed milk with 1oz (2 tablespoons) of warmed up caramel
or chocolate sauce and a shot of espresso or strong coffee blended
in.
A
Caramella or a Caramel Macchiato
1oz (2 tablespoons) warm Caramel sauce, 8 oz warm milk, 1-2 shots
espresso. Steam together Caramel sauce and milk. Pour into a 16-oz.
glass and pour espresso over.
Iced
Caramel Macchiato
Make the same as above, let then it cool a couple of minutes then
pour over ice.

Mocha
Both Caramel and Chocolate sauces heated up with steamed milk.

Mocha Latte
(Also known as a Milky Way Latte)
Same as above with a shot of espresso blended in
Caramel Cafe Macchiato
An espresso served in an Espresso demitasse cup with a dollop of steamed-milk
foam and caramel sauce drizzled on.

Frappuccino
Brew coffee double strength - 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for every
6 oz of water. You want your base strong. Then sweeten it with a little
sugar. Then let it cool. Then add milk till its medium brown and some
warmed up Caramel Sauce (about 2-3 tablespoons). Then blend 1/2 cup
of this base & 1/2-cup ice in a blender. Then top with whip cream
and Caramel sauce.
Banana
Cream Caramel Latte
Combine 1 oz. of Caramel sauce, 1/4 of a banana, 8 oz. of heated milk
and 1-2 shots of Espresso in a blender. Then top with whip cream and
Caramel sauce.
Kahlua Caramel
Warm caramel sauce, espresso, steamed milk and Kahlua added to taste.
Malted Creamy Caramel
Caramel sauce, Chocolate sauce, steamed milk and malt added to taste.
